Sarah from Lake District Wellbeing also offers Reiki, as well as Sound Healing and Breathwork to unblock, cleanse, energise and harmonise our body, mind and emotional systems.

You will find Jen (see above – Lakeland Wellbeing) offering some of her workshops here including Winter Solstice celebrations and offer Full Moon Women’s Circle experiences (expect visualisation, drumming, fire ritual and manifestation with other women in a supportive and nurturing circle, tea and cake of course), as well as other workshop providers who are able to incorporate this wonderful setting within their magical experiences.
Wild swimming is another fabulous way to rejuvenate the body and, quite literally, immerse yourself in the landscape. Tarns and lakes abound and this book on the best spots comes highly recommended.
